FAQ

The RESIST Open Calls are addressed to SMEs operating in the Mobility, Transport and automotive ecosystem from European countries and SME associated countries

Yes, projects may be submitted individually (one SME) or in consortium (2 or 3 SMEs). Consortia may include SMEs from different NUTS2 regions (2024).

Projects must have a maximum duration of 9 months. For the fist cut-off (applications made between May and July 2026), selected projects are expected to run from October 2026 until June 2027.

Applications will be evaluated by independent experts and validated by the RESIST project partners. Projects should contribute to one or more of the RESIST innovation areas related to net-zero technologies, critical raw materials, digitalisation and resilient mobility value chains.

Applications should be submitted through the wiin.io platform during the open application period. The fist cut-off will remain open from 13 May until 13 July 2026 at 17:00 CET/Brussels Time.

Only European SMEs operating in the Mobility, Transport and Automotive ecosystem can directly benefit from RESIST funding.

If your organisation is not an SME, you may still participate by supporting projects as a technology provider, service provider or expert. Organisations interested in collaborating with SMEs can join the Pool of Experts.

In addition to financial support, participating SMEs will benefit from training activities, technological services, coaching and mentoring opportunities, as well as access to networking and international collaboration opportunities across Europe.
